Volunteer

Serve with Didactic Ministries

Didactic Ministries exists to teach a biblically sound, pronomian understanding of the Christian faith. We affirm the authority of the full canon of Scripture, the centrality of Jesus the Messiah, and the ongoing relevance of God’s commandments for faithful living.

After many years of producing a wide variety of biblical teaching, we are expanding our doctrinal publishing operation. The goal is to identify and develop capable volunteers who can help with the current work and sustain it in the future.

This is a working ministry, not a social club or virtual fellowship. We are looking for a few good men who are aligned with the mission, willing to contribute, and able to follow through on specific tasks. Volunteers will receive training, mentorship, and professional work experience as apprentices in Christian apologetics and evangelism. The ministry can provide successful volunteers with a reference letter or job recommendation after a suitable probation period.

What We Are Building

· A small, reliable team to improve production quality and output

· A growing library of content that supports pronomian Christianity

· A foundation for evangelism, leadership development, and church planting

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking individuals who:

· Affirm the authority of Scripture and a Torah-observant perspective

· Are stable, teachable, and able to work without constant supervision

· Can provide a consistent amount of time (2 or more hours per week)

· Are willing to start with practical tasks and demonstrate reliability over time

You do not need formal theological training to start; we will provide mentoring as needed. Character, an ability to learn, and a willingness to serve matter more.

Current Needs

You may apply for one or more of the following roles:

Assistant Researcher

· Conducts basic theological, historical, & cultural research

· Produces short research reports on specific topics

· Revises earlier reports or study papers

Assistant Writer

· Prepares scripts & closed captions for short form videos

· Formats scripts into short articles or social media posts

· Updates existing scripts, articles, or booklets

Assistant Video Editor

· Performs basic video editing tasks (trimming, transitions, adding B-roll)

· Generates video clips from existing long form video content

· Maintains an archive of production videos

Digital Media Assistant

· Searches open-source libraries for video clips or images

· Uses software & AI tools to generate video clips & graphics

· Maintains an archive of B-roll and graphics for reuse

Publication Assistant

· Prepares articles & illustrations for digital publication

· Supports the publication of an electronic newsletter

· Posts videos & images on social media outlets

Technical Consultant

· Advises the ministry on collaboration platforms, cloud storage, AI tools, websites, workflow automation, & cybersecurity best practices

· Recommends cost-effective software or emerging AI capabilities

· Identifies technical risks and mitigations to improve resiliency

How This Works

This is an incremental process, not an immediate position of responsibility:

1. You submit an application

2. If selected, you will receive a small trial assignment

3. Continued participation depends on reliability and quality of work

4. Successful individuals may be given greater responsibility over time

Important Notes

· This is a volunteer role

· There are no regular group meetings at this stage

· Communication will be direct and task-oriented

· Personal integrity and doctrinal alignment matter more than technical skill

How to Apply

Use the Contact web page to send us your name and email address.

You will be asked to provide:

· A summary of your Christian life and reason for volunteering (300–500 words)

· An affirmation to abide by the ministry Statement of Beliefs if selected

· A resume of relevant experience, education, and references (if available)

· Links to any sample work (if applicable)

· Estimated level of support you can provide

Final Word

We are not trying to build a large organization quickly. The aim is to find a few reliable and capable individuals who are willing and able to contribute to the work.

If you fit that description, you are welcome to apply.
